What is oil press machine ? 

The oil press machine is an advanced oilseed processing machine. Characterized by their high oil output rate, good quality, simple design, easy,and continuous operation. These oil seed mill can be used to preocess various oil seeds, such as peanut, beans, rape and cotton seeds, sesame, olive, sunflower, coconut, grass seed etc

 This kind of oil press machine is composed of feeder, gearbox, pressing cage, screw shaft and machine stand etc. It press soybean and cotton seeds very well. It utilizes the screw shaft that is set-up with different styles of screws and rotates when machine is running to push the material into chamber. Then the oil is separated out through the extrusion of pressing worm and pressing ring

Application 

Apply for oil extracting from various oilseeds such as peanut, soybean, rapeseeds, sunflower seeds, cottonseeds, vegetable seeds, mustard seed, copra, canola, flax seed, tea seed, corn embryo etc.

Working principle / operation process

 1.Prepare raw materials

 2. Adjust the machine, i.e. checking electricity, beginning heating (if it is cold pressing,heating is not needed.)

 3. Open the machine, put seeds into the hopper.

 4. Seeds flowed from hopper into screw bolt, pressing begins.

 5. While pressing of oilseeds, crude oil flowed thought the board then into the vacuum filters; and cakes discharged from outlet;

1.High oil yield, low oil residual in cake. The oil left in cake is less than 6% ; Cake thickness can be adjusted while machine stops running;
