    Mustard Seed Extract standardized to 10% glucosinolates is the seed of the annual or hibernating plant Brassica alba (L.) Boiss. / Sinapis laba L. (White Mustard), or Brassica juncea (L.) Czern. et Coss (Yellow Mustard), of the family Cruciferae/Brassicaceae. The white, or yellow, mustard, is of Mediterranean origin. 
    Mustard Seed Extract are the small seeds of the various mustard plants. The seeds are about 2 mm in diameter, and may be colored from yellowish white to black. They are important spices in many regional cuisines. It is often referred to as "eye of newt." 
    Mustard seeds are rich in Selenium and Magnesium. Selenium help reduce the severity of asthma, decrease some of the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, and help prevent cancer. Eating soaked seeds on regular basis reduces risk of cancers of the gastrointestinal tract and that of colorectal.
