Distearyl thiodipropionate is white powder, insoluble in water, soluble in benzene, and methylbenzene. High melting point and low volatile, has synergistic effect when working with phenolic antioxidant and UV-absorber.It has the function of decompound peroxid and can be used as assistant antioxidant in PE, PP, PVC, ABS resin,synthetic rubber and grease. It has high melting point and low volatility. It loses little under hot-work. It is non-pollution, non-colored and very acceptable for film products. Synergetic effecthappens when it is used with phenols antioxidant or ultraviolet absorbent. The general dosage is 0.05%~1.5%.
Distearyl thiodipropionate is used as secondary stabilizer and antioxidant in combination with phenolic antioxidant(1010,1076,CA) and UV absorbers for polymers (ABS,PP,PE,and polyesters),synthesis rubber and grease. It is especially suitable for film products. Distearyl thiodipropionate can decompose peroxide. It has a low volatility and no stain and hence is recommended in the production of white or bright color products. Distearyl thiodipropionate is also enviromental friendly.

1. Used as an antioxidant for rubber, soap, grease, lubricants, greases and polyolefins. The product is used as an auxiliary antioxidant together with a phenolic antioxidant, and its antioxidant aging productivity is superior to that of thiodipropionate dilaurate. This product is not colored or contaminated, so it is suitable for white and bright colors.
2. Used as an auxiliary antioxidant for polypropylene, polyethylene, synthetic rubber and grease. It can be widely used in synthetic materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS, PBT, etc. It can also be used in rubber processing and lubricating grease.
